This website (klutchai.net) is run by KlutchAI LLC ("KlutchAI", "we"). This policy explains what we do with the information you send us through the contact form. Questions: info@klutchai.net.

What we collect

• What you type into the form: your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to give us: organization, role, sector, what you're interested in, and your message.
• Technical details sent with the form: the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in the link that brought you here, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used to understand how people find us and to block spam. We don't store your IP address itself.

How we use it

To reply to you and continue the conversation, and to keep the form free of spam. We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking first.

Where it's kept

Your message is stored in our contact records, which run on Cloudflare, and a copy is emailed to our team inbox on Google Workspace. Both process it only on our behalf. The website itself is hosted by Cloudflare, which also runs the form's spam check.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them. You can ask through any channel you've been in touch with us on, or by emailing info@klutchai.net, and we'll delete them from our contact records and inbox.

Your rights

You can also ask to see or correct what we hold about you, the same way.

This site doesn't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.
